Embroidery
The vast majority of our customers choose embroidery. Embroidery is a cost-effective choice if you want a relatively small design; say on the breast pocket position of a garment. You can have up to fifteen colours in your design at no extra cost. Embroidery costs are based on the number of stitches in the design, not the number of colours. So the bigger the embroidery, the greater the cost. You could go for a simple line of text in a single colour, or you might like to see whether we have a stock design you like which could be combined with your own choice of text. Or you might like us to reproduce your club badge or corporate logo as an embroidery pattern. Ask us for details.

Vinyl Transfer
Vinyl printing is ideal for printing small quantities of garments. It is now possible to achieve a wide variety of different effects with different materials. This process is suitable for one or two coloured logos and can be applied to most garments.

Screen Printing
Screen printing comes into its own when you want 50 or more items with the same design.  It doesn't matter what size your design is, but costs increase the more colours you have in your design. Most items in the catalogue can be printed, but again, there are a few exceptions. The unit cost of a screen printed garment reduces the greater the number of items printed.
